Who are you?

We're just a small kiwi business. Really a one woman band at this stage with a lot of help from the rest of the family. Every order means a lot to us and every customer interaction matters. You can read more on the Our Story page.

Why buy from you?

Because we select our products very carefully and have used most of them so we know they're great. Because we price match with all the big retailers. Because we hold all stock ready to go (no drop shipping). Because we keep our shipping fees low and fulfil your orders fast!

When will I get my order?

It depends where you live but we fulfil all orders within 1 working day and send with Pass The Parcel (Posts Haste) who generally get it to you in 1 working day if you're in Auckland, 2 working days within the rest of the North Island and 3 working days to the South Island

Are my payment details safe?

As safe as a good majority of websites around. We use Stripe through Shopify to process your payments and we don't see or hold your credit card details at any point in the process. Our site's secure and so are your details.

What packaging do you use?

We prefer to prioritise low-waste practices ahead of sending prettily branded up packages so, wherever we can, we reuse boxes and cushioning products from our own household, our friends and our suppliers. When suitable pre-loved packaging isn't available we use recyclable cardboard boxes with wood shavings and tissue paper.

For smaller parcels we sadly do use plastic courier bags supplied by Pass The Parcel. We're working on an alternative but, in the meantime, we encourage you to take it to your local soft plastics recycling bin if available.
